You may have seen similar, but you haven’t seen this.
(In fact, if You’re one of the many that has seen a similar product, and been
grossly overpriced by one of our competitors, you might want to just skip to
the bottom of the page and contact us now.)
“Hands down, the best bang-for-the-buck Home Improvement you can make.”
Even if you have re-insulated your home in the last 8-10 years, you really
need to take a look at this.
How does Armor work?
Heat flows in three distinct ways:
Convection (heat rises), Conduction (Stove burns my hand Mommy),
and Radiation (Sun’s rays on Your face).
Here’s the deal: Standard insulation does a pretty good job with the first two,
Convection and Conduction, but is highly inefficient with Radiant Heat.
And the thing is,
Radiant Energy is the most influential heat source of the three!
Can you see where this is going?
Have you ever seen 10 foot thick insulation on a space craft or suits?
Right. You haven’t. Know why? Because that’s not what NASA uses,
even though temperatures in space range from -460 degrees to +250 degrees!
So what’s the deal?
Easy, they use reflective insulation to protect astronauts and equipment.
What does this have to do with your home?
(You are reading this while orbiting earth, right?)
Reflective insulation STOPS 98% of the heat either trying to get into or out
of suits and equipment, and fortunately, that technology is now adapted for
use in your home.
A layer of Armor Insulation, placed on the floor of your attic, right over your
existing insulation (and ductwork if applicable) basically stops heat from
flowing into or out of your home through the attic, where 80% of heat gain
and loss takes place.
Armor Insulation STOPS heat, rather than just slowing it down. In other
words, we put a LID on your bleeding energy loss. (Yes we guarantee it.)
When You have Armor installed:
- Your entire home is immediately more comfortable, while Heat/AC
run much less, extending the life of your unit(s), and saving a ton
of energy (money) in the process.
- Your home is warmer this winter, and cooler next summer.
- Your Bonus Room once again becomes usable for something other
than storage. - Your entire home is more “temperature stable”. That room that is
colder in winter and hotter in summer is now the same temperature
as the rest of Your Home (and just imagine the benefits when a storm
interrupts the power!). - In multi-story homes, your upper level is much closer in temperature
to the other levels.
- You notice a Wonderful Decrease in the amount of dust accumulation.
- You stop heat loss and virtually Eliminate Drafts.
- You have Armor installed ONE time, never re-insulate again.
(Quick Story: One of our customers in Fayetteville, NC had our product installed about
a week before our largest snowstorm last year. His power went out at 12:00 am that
night, and power crews were not even working until the storm passed. The
temperature in his home was 72 degrees when the power went out. The next day,
and keep in mind he had NO other source of heat, power was restored at 12:30 pm,
outside temperatures were still hovering around freezing, and it was still 66 degrees
inside his home. 12 hours without heat and Armor kept his home relatively
comfortable the whole time.)
So, all this sounds pretty expensive right?
Not really. As a matter of fact, the initial cost is less than re-insulating,
and we tend to blow away our “competition”.
Armor starts saving you money as soon as it is installed, pays for itself, usually
in the first year, and then starts paying You!
Pay the Power Company, or pay yourself, you choose.
(A word of warning: Since this industry is relatively “new”, there are plenty
of predators around whom will happily overcharge you and under-deliver
on quality and service.)
